CARE® (Call Reassurance®)
DSC provides a comprehensive telephone reassurance phone system (CARE®) and online service called eCARE™ that automatically call homebound residents, particularly the elderly, ensuring their well-being. CARE is short for "Call Reassurance".
CARE recipients receive a daily call and if our phone system determines that the call is not answered, our CARE program automatically contacts a family member or a responsible community organization such as the police, fire department or sheriff's office. CARE systems incorporate both voice broadcasting and IVR technologies.
Although designed for senior calling, our CARE program can also be used for non-emergency communications. CARE calls can also be used to send medication reminder calls to individuals.
